Lapis Lazuli Tower

This beautiful Lapis Lazuli tower brings with it ancient wisdom. Lapis Lazuli has been prized for millennia by our ancient ancestors. The ancient Egyptians believed it would lead the soul into immortality and open the heart to love.  Also known as the royal stone, it was said to contain the soul of the gods. Throughout history, Lapis Lazuli has been associated with strength, courage, wisdom, intellect and truth.

Lapis lazuli is associated with the throat, third eye and crown chakras.

Lapis Lazuli is a deep blue semi-precious stone often found with pyrite inclusions.  It has been prized since antiquity for its intense colour and was ground up and used for eye colour for the ancient Egyptians and also use for the eyebrows on the funeral mask of King Tutankhamun (1341–1323 BC). The biggest mining sources are Afghanistan and Pakistan.
