Care for jewellery
As with all of your jewellery care should be taken to keep it away from harsh chemicals and avoid spraying perfumes directly onto your jewellery.
Commissions
If you would like to commission either a piece or pieces of jewellery or needle work I will require a 50% deposit up front with the balance paid prior to dispatch of the item.
I am able to take on bridal commissions for either the bride or bridal party and can work with you to ensure that you have the perfect jewellery for your special day.
If you have any questions about any item in my shop please do not hesitate to contact me. I would welcome the chance to discuss any potential purchase with you or any commission.
Delivery
I endeavour to get all items dispatched within 3-5 days of completion of purchase, however due to mobility problems i try to process all orders on a Thursday for postage on a Friday. Where i can not dispatch within this tieframe I will let you know when you place your order. All items are sent 2nd class signed for postage as standard.
If you would like anything you purchase to be with you in a shorter time frame please let me know when you complete your purchase and I will let you know any increased charges you may incur or if i am unable to fulfil the order due to time constraints.
If you are buying from outside the United Kingdom I am happy to ship to you at an increased postage cost and can let you know this at time of purchase. Any international customs charges are not the responsibility of Toria’s Trinkets and should be dealt with by the purchaser.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss options available.
If your item has arrived damaged please could you photograph both the packaging and item and send me a picture. I will then discuss with you the next steps. For faulty or damaged items I will offer a refund on receipt of the damaged item.
If you should decide that you no longer want the item please inform me within 14 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned to Toria’s Trinkets I will refund the items cost, however, postage charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.
